Hi! I’m Sophie- a wedding photographer based in the Midlands, travelling across the UK to capture weddings in a relaxed, natural and honest way.

If I wasn’t watching Friends on repeat as a teenager, I was probably taking photographs. I loved Instax, Polaroids and little retro cameras, always photographing family holidays, birthdays and the everyday bits in between. I think I’ve always loved photos because of the feeling they bring back; the people, the little details and exactly what that moment felt like.

I found wedding photography after helping another photographer out and very quickly realised how much I loved it. I love getting to know my couples, hearing how they met and seeing all the little ways they are together. After marrying my husband in 2025, I understand that side of a wedding even more so.

On the day, I’m always watching what’s happening around me; the little looks, reactions and moments that could so easily be missed while everything else is going on.

More than anything, I want your photos to feel like you; your people, your personalities, the laughter, the emotion and all the little moments that made the day yours.

My biggest priority on your wedding day is helping you feel comfortable in front of the camera.

To do this, I invest time in getting to know you both before the day, your story, what matters most to you, and the people you hold close.

This allows me to put you at ease naturally, knowing when to offer gentle guidance and when to simply observe, so you can be yourselves while your day is documented honestly and effortlessly.
